This machine is applied to manufacturing vest bags made of HDPE,LDPE roll film.It adopts PLC control,double servo(step) motor fixed length to finish the feeding,sealing,cutting,punching holes and transporting only in one process.
The machine is used for making plastic film packing bags with the material of polyethylene film, compound EPE foam for hardware, electric products and small electric appliances.
The machine is specially used for the production of bubble film envelope bag, suitable for pearlized film, or aluminized film, coextruded film bubble film and other materials, (double /single fold) molding, after hot pressure transverse sealing, cutting knife cut into envelope bag products. Machine using motion computer control, man-machine interface, servo motor for traction, feeding uniform synchronization, photoelectric correction, is easy to operate, count section, automatic stop, no stop manual feeding, blade running smoothly, the envelope bag smooth and beautiful, bonding strong.
